Jabuke dobro operite prije guljenja. Ovaj ocat mo\u017eete raditi i od cijelih jabuka, ako imate vi\u0161ka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko ne jedete jabuke \u010desto pa nema puno ostataka, tada ih sakupljajte u zamrziva\u010du dok ne dobijete dovoljnu koli\u010dinu za izradu octa. Koru i svu drugu ostatke stavite u vre\u0107ice i zamrznite. Fini jabu\u010dni ocat mo\u017eete napraviti i od cijelih jabuka, samo ih nasjeckajte i slijedite istu proceduru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color:#00a324\" class=\"td_text_highlight_marker\">Postupak:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U staklenku stavite ostatke jabuka pa prelijte vodom u koju ste stavili \u0161e\u0107er. Na litru vode se stavi otprilike tre\u0107ina \u0161alice \u0161e\u0107era. Staklenku prekrijte prozra\u010dnim komadom tkanine, u\u010dvrstite gumicom i \u010dekajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon otprilike tjedan dana teku\u0107ina postaje tamnija. Tada je procijedite i vratite u staklenku pa opet prekrijte prozra\u010dnom krpicom. Opet ostavite nekih tri do \u010detiri tjedna. Znat \u0107ete da je jabu\u010dni ocat gotov kada se pojave mjehuri\u0107i u teku\u0107ini.
